    The terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms") apply to any person using the Website ("you"/"your").       2. If you would like to pay for your invoices using our secure online payments facility please note that your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. The secure payment section of this Website is provided by TNS Payment Technologies Pty Ltd and is secured using Web Server Certification to offer you secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the secure sections of our Website. Please note that payments using a Credit card will include a 2.5% surcharge.

      3. Other Payment Methods

        (a) By cheque

        You may pay by cheque, made payable to "The Scottish Environment Protection Agency". All cheques should be endorsed "A/C Payee Only".

        (b) By telephone

        You may pay over the telephone using your Credit or Debit card. Please call 01698 839029 to pay by Credit or Debit Card. Please quote the appropriate customer or invoice number. Please note that all payments by Credit Card will attract a 2.5% surcharge.

        (c) By BACS transfer

        You may also pay by BACS transfer. SEPA's bank account details are:-
